Die L\u00e4nder, die der Konvention angeh\u00f6ren, erkennen sich die Rechtsg\u00fcltigkeit der \"Apostille\" gegenseitig an.<br \/>\nDer oben erw\u00e4hnte Internationale Vertrag ist eine st\u00e4ndige Organisation, die am 5. Oktober 1961 mit dem Ziel gegr\u00fcndet wurde, die internationalen Verwaltungsverfahren zwischen ihren Mitgliedern zu vereinfachen. Mehr als 180 L\u00e4nder und unabh\u00e4ngige Jurisdiktionen sind Teil dieses Vertrags. Es erleichtert die Verbreitung \u00f6ffentlicher Urkunden, die in einem Mitgliedsland ausgefertigt wurden, um in einem anderen Land mit der blo\u00dfen Ausstellung einer Apostille vorgelegt zu werden. Die Unterzeichnerstaaten verwenden das gleiche oder ein sehr \u00e4hnliches Modell.<br \/>\nDie Definition der Apostille ist \"die Best\u00e4tigung eines in einem Mitgliedsland ausgestellten Dokuments zur Verwendung in einem anderen Mitgliedsland\". Die Apostille auf einer \"ausl\u00e4ndischen\" \u00f6ffentlichen Urkunde bescheinigt die Echtheit der Unterschrift, die Eigenschaft, in der der Unterzeichner des Dokuments gehandelt hat, und gegebenenfalls die Identit\u00e4t des Siegels oder Stempels, mit dem das Dokument versehen ist. Apostillen werden immer in der Amtssprache des Herkunftslandes ausgestellt. Die 10 enthaltenen Informationen sind jedoch, in allen Apostillen universell, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder die Informationen unabh\u00e4ngig von der Sprache identifizieren kann.<br \/>\nErw\u00e4hnenswert ist auch, die Verordnung \u00fcber \u00f6ffentliche Dokumente 2016\/1191, die seit dem 16. Februar 2019 in der EU in Kraft ist und darauf abzielt, B\u00fcrokratie und Kosten f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrger zu vermeiden, wenn sie in einem EU-Land ein in einem anderen EU-Land ausgestelltes \u00f6ffentliches Dokument vorlegen m\u00fcssen, ohne dass dem Dokument eine so genannte Apostille beigef\u00fcgt werden muss. Beispiele f\u00fcr diese Dokumente sind Geburts-, Heirats- und Sterbeurkunden, Elternschaft, Adoption, Wohnsitz oder Staatsb\u00fcrgerschaft usw. Die Verordnung gilt auch f\u00fcr Ausz\u00fcge aus dem Strafregister, die ausgestellt werden, um zu bescheinigen, dass eine Person nicht vorbestraft ist. Auch Dokumente, die vor der Reform erworben wurden, m\u00fcssen im Rahmen der Verordnung akzeptiert werden. Es wurden auch mehrsprachige Standardformulare f\u00fcr die Mitgliedstaaten eingef\u00fchrt, wodurch sich der Bedarf an \u00dcbersetzungen verringert hat.<br \/>\nWenn Dokumente aus einem Land stammen, welches die Haager Konvention nicht ratifiziert hat, kann die Apostille nicht angebracht werden. In solchen F\u00e4llen, in denen ein Dokument in einem spanischen Rechtsverfahren verwendet werden muss und \"beglaubigt\" werden muss, ist das Verfahren der \"Legalisierung\" in dem Land anzuwenden, das das Dokument ausgestellt hat.
