De plus, un h\u00e9ritage intestat est beaucoup plus compliqu\u00e9, long et co\u00fbteux.<br \/>\nUne autre question commune se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019inclure les actifs espagnols dans un testament sign\u00e9 ailleurs, souvent dans le pays d\u2019origine du testateur. Ceci est-il une option? La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question est oui, mais, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les diff\u00e9rences entre les syst\u00e8mes juridiques conduisent souvent \u00e0 un processus complexe pour l\u2019adjudication et l\u2019acceptation de l\u2019h\u00e9ritage, nous devons insister sur le fait que ce n\u2019est pas la meilleure option, et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les co\u00fbts de traduction d\u2019un testament \u00e9tranger en espagnol, toujours requis dans ce type de processus juridique, seraient plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que d\u2019avoir en premier lieu simplement fait un testament espagnol.<br \/>\nUne option judicieuse est la commodit\u00e9 de laisser deux testaments diff\u00e9rents ; l\u2019un pour les biens d\u00e9tenus dans votre pays d\u2019origine, et l\u2019autre pour ceux en Espagne; ceci est une possibilit\u00e9 qui ne devrait pas du tout \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9e et que certaines personnes ignorent. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure fr\u00e9quemment conseill\u00e9e, mais qui exige une r\u00e9daction m\u00e9ticuleuse et prudente, puisque vous pourriez invalider par inadvertance l\u2019un des testaments avec l\u2019autre.
