C\u2019est un outil utile dans un certain nombre de situations o\u00f9 vous ne pouvez pas \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent pour d\u00e9cider, approuver ou signer des documents couvrant un grand nombre de questions - personnelles, corporatives, commerciales, administratives, juridiques, etc. ; il s\u2019agit donc d\u2019une m\u00e9thode pratique et courante de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l\u2019autorit\u00e9. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, en vertu de la procuration, l\u2019agent est l\u00e9galement autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des actes au nom du mandant qui pourraient avoir des implications juridiques pour ce dernier.
