Notre approche est globale, analysant d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part l'\u00e9ventuelle existence de dynamiques sous-jacentes qui pourraient conditionner le fonctionnement de l'entreprise et son \u00e9volution future.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi nos objectifs, l'harmonisation des questions internes (ce qui relie la personne \u00e0 l'entreprise) avec les questions externes (comment l'entreprise se rapporte au client) est toujours int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, afin d'unir la marque de l'int\u00e9rieur vers l'ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet objectif, notre \u00e9quipe de travail est compos\u00e9e d'experts en r\u00e9organisation d'entreprise, en coaching syst\u00e9mique et en planification de marque.
