Takket v\u00e6re dette, kan enhver advokat (ikke bare den advokaten du normalt benytter), etter testators d\u00f8d, finne ut hvor testamentet ble signert og fremskaffe en offisiell kopi av det samme.<br \/>\nI Spania er det ingen advokat som beholder eller arkiverer testamentene. Det er kun notarius publicus som har autoritet til \u00e5 arkivere originaldokument og de kan utstede offisielle eller notarialbekreftede kopier. Du kan alltid be en jurist om \u00e5 lokalisere og hente frem et testamente. Kopier av testamenter utstedt f\u00f8r testators d\u00f8d er kun ment \u00e5 v\u00e6re av informativ karakt\u00e9r. Det er bare avd\u00f8des arvinger som kan be om dette dokumentet, enten personlig eller gjennom juridisk representant med fullmakt.
